Draft policy

What the forms collect, why, and how to ask about it.
Draft. Editors can still change this page in WordPress.
Draft for legal review. Do not treat this text as a finished policy.
This is a draft for legal review. It describes the intended practice, and a lawyer should approve it before launch.
The site collects what you type into a form: name, email, phone, place, visitor type, and the message you choose to send. It records the time, the page you sent it from, and whether you agreed to be contacted or to optional cookies.
Enquiries are stored in WordPress so the team can reply. They are not sold. Newsletter addresses are used only when you opt in. Contact details from the welcome dialog are kept for a reply only when you tick the contact box. A Form Manager can read submissions. Other staff do not need access to them.
Retention will be confirmed with the organisation: long enough to handle the enquiry, and no longer than the published policy allows. To ask about your information, write to hello@arunchandan.com.
